In these types of mangas.. they never get free.. they get the illution of freedome and then... the Dominant in the relationship gets pissed and guilttripes them and lock them up in his home, mistreat them and they give in.. the Ahole cries and the "i love you, so i hurt you".. shit happends and then in the end all is forgiven.. and they are together again and the Ahole cheats again and only learns his lesson when Mc gets kidnaped and hurt by someone Ahole pissed off.. it always ends with a remarriage..
