When reading the novel I was also concerned about this but this doesn't seem to be the case. Now see, Aria's grandmother was forcibly taken away by the king of the country MC is currently leaving at, however before that she was in a relationship with the marquis of the neighboring country with whom she conveyed a child before being taken away. That child was Aria's father who was thought to be the king's child, which later on is discovered to not be true and because of that he and his mother are chased out of the imperial family which allows Aria's grandmother reunite with her lover, marquis from the neighboring country. Therefore, Asher and Aria aren't related by blood. I can also spoil why Aria has her power despite not being an actual member of imperial family, if you are curious and don't want to wait.

I don't exactly remember how it works for direct descendants of the imperial family, however when someone joins the family they take a sip of water from the lake located in the imperial palace that holds a special power. It's basically for their protection as they aren't born with it as those with imperial blood and grants then an ability to develop special powers in moments of danger. Aria's grandmother took the sip of the lake water before giving birth to hers and the marquis child which granted him the blessing as well, which was later passed on to Aria. However, powers of those who got them by such means aren't as strong as direct descendants with imperial blood, which is why Aria gets tired after using her power once and Asher can jump around while still holding up. If there is anything else you are curious about please tell me and I will do my best to answer!

One more question aria' real father is not from the royal family then so why the judge meaning his sister is said to be from the royal family.

That's because the judge was a daughter of the king and was from a different mother (I think, honestly I don't exactly remember that part but as she is older I would imagine she had a different mother, otherwise I'm not sure how that would work). They were simply brought up as siblings because at the time everyone thought that they actually had the same father.

Incest is only called incest when it's super close like siblings or cousins otherwise it's scientifically not harmful so it's not called incest
