I think it's more that she seems too innocent for the teacher to force troublesome issues onto her... at least that's how i see it.

Why couldn't sensei ask Carol? I know she's ditzy, but not dense like Tomo and Jun. She's just as conniving as Misu-chan; they are like on the same wavelength sometimes. I guess she just looks unreliable? Is that it? Poor thing.
