Fr when I first read this, all the hate comments of her made me believe she was going to be another trashta (remarried empress) but she’s just naive and powerless and don’t see any reason for all the hate. Ppl complain that she doesn’t speak up or retaliate, but even if she did that nothing would change (as seen with the other maid getting scolded when she didn’t go to meet the empress). The prince and the empress are the most powerful ppl in their country, what can she really do?
She’s an ding commoner she can’t touch royalty whenever she wishes like what. She’s a victim. The prince is forcing his love on her and he knows she can’t say know cause he can easily kill or lock her up. The prince gave her a dress that she didn’t know that the Mac was wearing like tf. No one knows what dress someone wears b4 they see them at the ball like what that’s actually a dumb point. He gave her a dress, forced her to walk with him and the moment she found that my was wearing the same one she felt remorse and upset. Like victim blaming isn’t a good look for u
