Here's a summary of the extra.
Yamai is trying to ask Haru about how to do it with a guy (This is before Endou and Yamai have sex). Seeing Yamai being so serious about someone makes him wonder if he’s ever felt something serious for the guys he had been with. There’s a rundown of all the guys he’s been with, they’re all older men and it was just playing around. Haru offers to teach Yamai how to do it hands-on, saying that he liked Yamai. Yamai says he’s flattered but he couldn’t get hard if it isn’t with Endou. Haru gets pissed off because Yamai is underestimating his skills but then he offered to tell him how it’s done. Then the new delivery guy shows up and apparently Haru falls in love.
