Kang Moo is the one that needed Kirin. Confirming the line "stop having control ofer me." The reason was probably because Kirin doesn't reject him like Seorin didn't. It makes me think when kirin asked if he loved his sister (he didn't but he was comfortable with her). So he was more dependent on kirin to make me think "oh he wouldn't kill kirinl. Like how some psychopaths don't kill their family because of sense of kin or loneliness. Its more like they're human because of those desires. So anyways Kirin provided the sense of stability in emotions and acceptance.. tbh i think he wasn't fully socialised because of the rejection from his parents (?). I felt there was a sense of linking moos parents reaction to him compared to Kirins reaction and surprisingly he gets emotional over it so yeah. Kirin probably actually felt sense of justification from Moo... he doesn't hold back and had control and Kirin as a secondary victim to his sisters rape and death who wanted revenge probably needed moo to fully be able to avenge her. Moo doesn't judge him and i guess he gets comfort from that where moo is probably the only one that can understand him now since they're also accomplices now. Its messed up but i guess it works... people with anti social disorders are human too as Kirin said ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍ . It may seem crazy but I don't think Kirin had any conditions for him to be with Moo. Who can really define love or what you need/want... kirin had normal reactions where his morals was still intact like eg he would go jail/or wait for him in jail, he won't support what he does but he won't leave him... so he said he won't accept what he does and would accept punishment but he still wants the relationship. Personally i would not choose what kirin has decided, because that wont provide me with anything but to kirin it does....
