Leticia didn't get the elixir bracelet in the first life, so ahuin didn't know
noelle still realized leticia was her saintess in the 1st life even w/o the elixir bracelet, but she realized too late.
although i do think the elixir bracelet might help in maybe releasing some of the hold her mother has on the wings w/her evil bs, i think it's more that she was kept away from interacting much w/them by nasty rumors and confinement
