Isn't the bow originally 704's? As far as I can remember, when 704 saw Chungin carrying the bow, he asked him where did he get it. It goes along the lines of:
704: "Where did you get that bow? It's not yours. It's supposed to be with Yama."
Chungin: "Oh yeah, it was originally yours. Yama gave it to me."
The girl with Chungin: "He asked Yama to give it to him."
Chungin: "Why do you care? You can't use a bow anymore anyway."
704: "Yeah...I can't." (I think maybe he was banned from using a bow due to the mistake he made with San)
Am I wrong? Because no one was mentioning it but I can clearly remember that scene in my head. So it's not like 704 stole the bow, I think it was originally his.
