I guess maybe they're apart of a gender fluid or maybe trans or perhaps they just enjoy cross dressing. Who knows, but it's very interesting and I'm also curious as to why they suddenly change appearance.
Could be or it’s just inconsistencies in the art. It’s bound to happen.
