Side note but this company's hiring process seems insane. First he had to basically write his memoirs. And now he needs to learn all there is to know about the company? I've never prepared that much for an interview. Why do they expect new hires to know everything about the company in the first place? They're young graduates, they'll learn with time. Idk, seems like an extremely stressful work environment tbh.
Honestly I agree Japan’s recruitment process is soo unnecessarily complicated but I guess they are looking for the best of the best. In the uk you might have 5 stages with psychometric tests and group activities which I also feel like is soo extra
