So what I remember from the novel is that shen Yu goes back to his home (Idk if when maybe it’s after this bit in the manhua) and he can talk now. Emperor ye goes with him secretly, and wears a mask and stuff to hide his identity bcuz Yu hates him. So basically their roles are revered, yu can talk and is free and emperor ye is “mute” bcuz he doesn’t want you to recognize him. And then they fall in love even tho Yu doesn’t know who the masked guy is. And then more stuff about how they fall in love and discover who that the masked guy is actually emperor ye n blah blah… and then they fuck a lot cuz that’s that ppl in love do and they find out the shen Yu can get pregnant. (The father is emperor ye of course)
