It's because the team that's uploading atm is only trying to build up a fan base for their personal website. By uploading only part of the chapter, I think they are trying to tempt people to switch over to their new site. I've seen them use the same strategy on some other mangas too

Maybe monetary value. If they use ads then the more viewers on their website, the more money they can make. It also helps them keep track of how many people are viewing their stuff.
Damn. Itd be nice if we could get the entire chapters on here instead of only half
