Can someome please explain to me why I keep getting notifications with no update??

They did upload the chapter but it was not completed or the wrong chapter (not too sure but it was called 37.5) and the translations were kinda iffy so I’m guessing that the translator of this did not upload it and someone else did so someone took it down.
