That's how cheap novels and dramas go.
- An MC can't tell the difference between the twins, leaving the rest of the audience bewildered.
- A girl dressed up as a boy to get close to an unaware dude (and vice versa), which of course, the rest of us know... (￣∇￣")

I like the artist, though. I was in love with Heesu and still love the arts.
But a plot like this is a meh.
