A short, completed Japanese manga
Yaoi omegaverse, there r two couples in the manga
Main alpha saves main omega from being raped by a bunch of students (which includes side alpha) timeskip to a couple of years, turns out main omega and side alpha are fated pairs, but at this time side alpha already found "side omega" (Who is like a prostitute or something I don't really remember) and turns out main alpha and side omega are supposed to be fated pairs. Even if they found their fated pairs the pairing still stays the same (main alpha with main omega, etc.)
**additional note : the main alpha had only been "doing it" with main omega during omega's heat, but then at the end of the manga the main omega did it with main alpha during main alpha's rut.
