ALSO ALSO. the only female protagonist in this story which is very obviously set in
india or somewhere close is SO PALE. why could they not have made her or the sultan darker?? feels a little white supremacy-y. not to mention the only darker skinned people were side characters or super evil. yikes.
there was basically no plot and the only redeeming quality was the art. not a good read
