The relationshim is not toxic at all, it is more like thrilling with suspense a bit like Red Candy if you've read it, the seme is a Spy and has to hide his identité. And about the 3some, it is not that bad cause they're not officially in love and in relationship. The kind of relationship they have is a bit like in saezuru Tori wa habatakunai: the uke fools around a lot and the seme has to watch over him.
