Is she really pregnant?
She is not pregnant. Her Mother and Father in laws (Winter’s adoptive parents(?)) made the doctor that she sees give her medicine or a pill that will make her have symptoms of pregnancy (like nausea), so the pills make her think she is pregnant but in reality she isnt. Hopefully this makes sense

There's a line where she says something along the lines of 'Wait till he's born... He'll resemble you and you'll regret ever denying he was your child.' She said this with a cold face and I laughed... This guy deserves this and worse, I kinda hope she leaves with the kid.
