Well it just shows how insecure uke is in their relationship. And he did mention that it could have been solved if he just asked but he thinks that their relationship is not that deep or serious enough. He's aware how dr han is in the driver's seat in their relationship and he's just following around coz he the younger and inexperienced one, it's reasonable he's insecure.
