Tbh, I wasn't on board with her whole business from the beginning. Like, why would the nobles, who do nothing and has almost zero chance of getting hurt, buy a magical healing ointment? Bad targeting...
Ripley is truly an airhead... maybe even an idiot.
Also, the story's never alluded to Ripley having any business experience or even being a business student before she reincarnated. Why did she think that her business would've been a success from the start. Even without the standard education for business management, she should know of concepts such as advertisement and other stuff of the like. She's just too much of an airhead.
