If I’m not mistaken it’s the second timeline before the current one.
this is after hosik in joseon era died. in this second lifetime maybe only seongyeon who got reincarnation and have his past memories. luckily in the present time he is able to meet hosik and have a baby with him. so we got 3 era. first, the joseon time. second, the korea independence time (1945), and the modern time (present)
