Based on the current residence of Hyung's family, the current era in this side story and the said similarity with his grandpa then it is highly possible that their subconscience might be one. Butttt it is still not possible coz Hyung's grandpa was still alive when Hyung was born. So reincarnation of the two is out of the question. Aiyahhh don't mind me I'm just overthinking things
It might still be Sunyeong keep reincarnating because I've read somewhere that a person who died Dissatisfied with his life will keep living until they have what they desired most of their life and only stop reincarnating if they are satisfied ot they accepted the truth.
