The uke s family had a company , his parents abused him and forced him to play the cello, their company was corrupt and eventually it went under and they started loaning money from the gangster , the parents died but they tricked their son before that into taking over paying the loan . Apparently the reason why his parents company went down was because of the rich seme , and they even framed the kid to make their company look better . Well years passed and the uke was paying the gangster with his body but his depression turned into self harm and suicidal attempts. We still don't know how and why the rich seme found him they are probably gonna show that later but he wanted to make it up to him by giving him money and loving him . That didn't work that well cause the uke found out about what he did to him . That's the story

You left out the part where the rich seme did all that in the first olace because the uke's family use cheap materials to construct the building and cause the death of rich seme's parents. I guess he was angry but he did not predicct the uke's parents will suicide. So now he is regretting.
