I think it's confusion, cause when the top asked "is it from then?" I think he meant the drunk night but the bottom is confused with them recently doing and said no to that... I think so.. no confirmations XD

Here is what I think..

When Maetel asked Louis if he is the father, Louis said that he is not the father and Louis got pregnant way beforehand. (I think Maetel didn't know that Louis forgot that they did 'it'.)

Also, Maetel think that the duke and Louis have done 'it'. So, I guess he is still not sure if he is the father or the duke?
