Idk about his past life but it is mentioned from the beginning he remembered (at the very least) the FL crying. Which was the scene from the first few chapters right before she turned back time.
He deems it a dream but never specifies just up to what point he remembers.

Well I kind of have a feeling that he remembers it now considering that he noticed how she was trying to leave him alone with Lysia, I mean it would make sense if he thinks that she's being jealous but he straight up just noticed her setting them up so maybe he knows that they were supposed to be together or maybe he's really just that smart to figure out the FL idk
Idk! It could be either way! Right now I'm leaning towards Cedric just being like stupid perceptive with her. He can tell when she's upset, avoiding, worrying, etc at the drop of a hat. It's not a stretch to say he's just that smart.
But I think it would be way more interesting if he remembers his past life too >:3
