Go to your setting by taping the 3 dot sign... Then there you'll see upload.. Tap to that... Then choose the image u want to set as your profile pic... And then tap save...
Go the top
You will see
Those three lines
And press the "setting"
Then you'll see you blank profile there below that you'll see
"Upload" then pick you picture.

- save
I just copied and paste it credits to suujin
For mobile
-Click the 3 lines in the top right corner of the page
-go to settings
-then u can change ur avatar ^^
Go to settings, and then above the option 'country' you should see an upload button. Click that and upload a pfp using a downloaded file on your device.
