Reynold was not there the moment the attack happened. Only the other brother was there. Reynold is together with his friends and he's far from Penelope.
Reynold( pinky ) did not run towards Penelope, none of brother did hence why the prince made the comment about how non of them cared for her. They left her alone with man who almost sliced her neck especially after they all made comment absolutely her now knowing how to use the crossbow. theyre both trash
