Also, since Psyche is a pure soul which never committed murders or caused deaths, which is why she appeared dazzling and angelic to Peron's eyes.
He got to see her properly after the trial ended. She was crying (I won't say the reason because it's a huge spoiler), so she caught his attention and that's how he saw her. Idk if he's romantically interested or not, but she definitely had an impression, a good one too, on him
