I’m pretty sure Yi Yun’s embryo was the one stolen by the Feng’s aunt though, so her new child is actually Yi Yin’s but she thinks it’s Feng’s and will therefore be the next successor (but she’s wrong and no one knows all of this yet). So the baby is already born, it’s just with the “nice” scheming aunt
