It's because he thought Louis knows what happened that night and chose to ignore his letter even thou Louis was (I think drugged) and can't remember what happened hence he said he 'knows' Louis was messing around before they made an agreement. But ikr it's kinda frustrating how they are playing charades and stuff.
i think it's because he knows louis forgot// louis doesn't want to talk about it since louis didnt contact him after that night so he kinda angy and just doesnt wanna bring it up anymore
