that baby was rourou !! so basically what happened was yiyun wanted a child so he got a surrogate. his sperm was supposed to be used for the child so it would be his biological baby but feng switched their sperm (i think he did it because he needed an heir to secure his place in the company). the baby that was born from the surrogate was rourou, and yiyun didnt know about the sperm switch until he met feng. feng's aunt stole yiyun's sperm because she thought it was feng's sperm but it was actually yiyun's and now a baby has been born that is his biological child (that baby we saw a couple of chapters ago and that rourou meets in his dreams). so yiyun's child was just born and it was all bc of feng's aunt and her scheming. sorry if this explanation is confusing, its kinda hard to explain sjksksjs (also your english is rlly good !!)
