In my Perspective of seeing, their Argument is composed into two parts,
First is the about the woman and why the seme didn't tell the uke about it and told him it wasn't his business and he should mind his business and that made the Uke angry and left. while every time they run with each other they ignore one another and if they talk they argue again again.
Second is when the Seme was finally experiencing Jealousy though they hadn't made up yet, since he kept seeing the gray haired witn Wonwoo which made the Seme abit jealous and once confronted the uke why they were close and told the seme why does he care and eventually fights again
but eventually the Seme finally realised his feelings for him and tried to confront him again and eventually they Hehehehehe

So I read the raws up to chapter 65 through observation only LOL since I don't know how to read korean so I google translated the important details and here what I read:
-The Redhead Woman was a Business woman and was only trying to persuade The Seme to join their Team, The seme mentioned her as a person that really wants to lure him into her teams
-Upcoming Chapters will have a lot of misunderstandings between the two and will lead some readers brokenhearted but they eventually made up and had passionate nights hehehehehe
- The top got injured because his hand was hit by a baseball and wasn't able to play for a while and wonwoo took care of him and from what I can say is It was so cute they live together just to treat him.
-Wonwoo got A call and was requested to be a player for the team since they needed someone to play as the Seme and the Seme helped him Train. I was really overjoyed Wonwoo really got to play Again and the Seme helping him Polish his skill again, This was the most exciting part yet.
