Alright, I don't speak english so I'll try to explain myself in the best way I can.
Let's start by saying that I DO NOT like anything (books, comics, anime or whatever) that involves children.
As I said before that comment is totally inappropriate, but pedophilia has anything to do with these comics.
A pedophile has a sexual disorder that makes him being attracted to children, but what do we have here?
A normal comic with some people making questionable comments about it.
Does it make them pedophiles? No.
Are they attracted to children? I hope not, but I can assure that most of the people that reads shotacon or lolicon aren't pedos.
Why? Cause people who read loli or shota are fantacizing on the actual drawings and the concept, not on real children.
It's a really difficult topic and there's this misconception about people reading or watching loli being pedos.
I know this can be offensive to some people and disgust them, but calling someone a pedophile is a really strong accusation and if don't know them personally or if you don't know what's inside their minds you shouldn't use that word inappropriately.
That being said I hope pedos who hurts children d!e.
