Honestly i understand them. They aren’t saying he’s plain, it’s not about whether he looks good or not. It’s more like every other black haired male lead. There is no diversity or originality, not even with the personality. So j understand where they are coming from bc i feel the same way.
Yeah not plain in looks but plain as in he’s a tired cliche of a character with a backstory that feels copy pasted.
I like him so far though, I just feel that the only really well written characters so far are the MC and to a much lesser extent the queen from what’s happening in this chapter
