maybe something happens later on in the original novel that makes him consider to be a villain? correct me if i’m wrong, but the original novel hasn’t started yet or it’s currently in the very beginning, so why the duke is considered a villain is still unknown. though i am really excited to see why he’s considered a villain. maybe it’s cause he is able to mercilessly kill others? some people would consider that as a villainous trait no matter the meaning
Love how the duke was the villain of the novel and the prince was the ML despite the fact that the duke killed on the prince's orders... Kinda seems like he's just a loyal brother, not a villain. Almost like he has to be the bad guy if he wants to keep his position in life
