Doesn't he have a godly tracking skill? Was it locked during the test?

I don’t think he can use it since he doesn’t have any clue what its called/looks like

Can't it look for his soul and not the theif? Like I know the real reason is he has plot number of bullets but still

I think it’s too hard because all those objects have 1% of his power/soul? So tracking would just lead to his immediate vicinity.

More like his stats are working at 30% capacity. So....
