Really? I'm planning to give that manga a try but since it had the
Romance tag, I didn't really bother to read it in the end. (I hate BoyxGirl relationship in a manga,haha)
Could you tell me some info about the manga in terms of where its romance tag leads to and all?

Well, there is supposed to be boyxgirl romance (two pairs), but honestly most of the focus is all boyxboy, especially the anime. It's not officially shounen-ai, but it's super slashy, imo.
