Yeah they do agree on conditions and there is a whole bunch of paper works.
Even if they already know about it.
It won't matter much because that child is with his same gender parents since the birth.
And if they treat him right their is no worries.
The sperm donor also would not like to interfere with the parents and the child.
I know but when kids grow up even if they were grown up with loving parents they wanna find their biological father. Mostly from curiosity so I understand coles concerns tho he could be a bit more upfront about his feelings

He is my cousin and his biological father is different and he's cool about it.
They've even met each other but he doesn't show any wholehearted affection to him .
His biological father and his parenting father are friends and he also as his own kid lol
