We see Seungeons thoughts [rectangular bubbles] how his mother killed herself right after he was born, and the next rectangular bubbles after Jiwook's stomach growls are Jiwook's thoughts as well as the fashback( that looks like little Jiwook to me.)
It's really hard to tell because the lady who slapped that kid and told him 'he should be grateful she's still keeping him alive' is dressed quite nice which aligns more with Seungeon's fancy background. Also, we already saw in former chapters that he is regularly brutalized and beaten by his family. His sister slapped him as if he was a dog last time and he looked like he is used to such behavior. So sad! That being said, we know nothing about Jiwook's past and his mother. He only mentions his father so there's a possibility it's him rather than Seungeon! I am so confused xD
