Physically I think it does fly off. Say you’re wearing a tight shirt, you know how some shirts roll up it it’s too small, so now we take that logic on a condom that’s too smal, which is smooth and we put it on a wet peepee. It should go flying. But I never seen that happen so I wouldn’t know lol ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Does a condom really fly when it doesnt fit?! Cause i imagine that it will just get squeezed or something.
