Same! I'm usually annoyed but in this case I get it because Anthia knows that her sister has much more light power than she does and she thinks that is the key to lifting Blake's curse. And considering Blake would die if his curse is not lifted, it's perfectly understandable that Anthia is biding for the only tried and true way of saving him that she knows.
Usually I get frustrated when female leads who enter stories or get a second chance try and follow the original story, but to be honest I’m not annoyed about it in this case because she’s doing it out of selflessness to try and lift his curse. She doesn’t know any other way to lift it herself so she’s doing the best she can with the information she has. And she’s doing it for his sake rather than her own. So I’m okay with this.
