I guess both way works cause both Japanese and Chinese have the same pronunciation HAHAHAH
3Q (San-Q) is the 'Internet slang' for Chinese people use to say Thank you, cause in chinese 3 (San) sounds like thank and Q just sounds like you.
This is not to mock or do any injustice to anybody, I am Chinese and I think it's nice to share this kind of information around to educate people
