Find 2 yaoi manga

Hi...there is a manga I'm looking for I read randomly and forgot to bookmark that manga...sorry I'm not good in explain things since I don'y clearly remember all the story..ok..

1. The story is between student and teacher..the main character is a student who is a bit rebellious (not wild rebellious) who got a bad score in his school (he is uke) and the teacher tried to make this student become a good student with good score..I think the teache r is a cram school teacher (pretty sure 60%) or high school (pretty sure 40%)..one day the student still in rebellious and didn't listen to the teacher then suddenly the teacher rape him...ok thats the story I remember, do you know this manga?

2. This story I read very randomly and I kinda less clearly about the story than the 1st manga so I hope you get what I mean..
=> The character is a young guy who I think join in martial art sport (I think its boxing or wrestling)...one day he meet this adult guy I think in a bar or restaurant, he work there. This adult guy has close minded personality and try not to get close to other people and not let people know him deeper. Sorry in this manga I forgot who is the uke and seme.
The adult guy has a past that he can't forget and move on from his dead lover. The young guy seems want the adult guy to move on and find the new love..and the young guy fall in love to this adult guy and ask the adult guy to have sex with him and become a 'substitute' and don't mind (at first) the adult guy think of him as his dead lover...as times goes by the adult guy seems think more about the young guy seems more open and become afraid to lose this young guy..Ok thats the story I remember
