I must have missed it but why is he called the dentist boy

If I'm not wrong he pulled someone's teeth.....I think, I don't remember that well but I remember a panel where this teeth less guy was kneeling in front of him and his teeth on the floor with blood ,it was the first panel that showed us how f*cked up he really was and I'm guessing he's a sadist
