same, it was too confusing, like the plot was going in sooo many directions at the same time. And there wasn't enough romance scenes, which is usually what I enjoy in mangas, personally.
I stopped reading it after the white haired guy was about to die or something like that and had sex to try and get him to survive or some shit like that ♀
He needs to open "his door" to get back to hell to heal.

I think we're waiting for official translations. someone is updating them with the official release so it can be less confusing.
