This webtoon had that feel of this other webtoon that I forgot the title cause it's already finished for a long time anyway, the main characters was also in similar position. He was the youngest surviving son of this massacred family. He had a trash brother who sold him as slave and he ended up working at the lord's manor who wiped his entire clan as revenge for the betrayal and the death of his parents. This incident left in trauma so his behavior is pretty violent then MC worked as his normal slave raising his rank due the Seme's wishy-washy and he's now a bed warmer. They also had a lot of misunderstanding because of his MF brother and that maid who's in love with that MF brother plotting for the Seme's assassination. Things happened, effin brother kidnap the king's companion while they're having picnic. Seme left MC near the pond where they just had a steamy night because he was mad thinking that MC deliberately lead them there and he felt betrayed. Mc was innocent btw. So he searched the MF brother and the maid that took the emperor's companion. Things blew up he help them escape but MF caught up with him and he got sold the slaver. Seme, mad just thought MC escaped. The king's companion came back safely but the bastard didn't inform Seme about MC not until after a week or so. Well seme looked for mc but he was already sold to some small lord. Because this guard at the Seme's mansion drove the MC away when the slaver brought him there maybe for some reward. Seme found about to get you know what and he killed that puny lord right of bat. Their relationship gradually improved after that, there's maybe a little more trust now but MF brother attempted another assassination this time with help of the king's mother who's btw responsible for all the shit that happens in their lives because of her schemes. MC took an arrow for Seme and he went into coma for three years and woke up to have his happy ending.
