I think its Mcqueen raped Ryan before in the porn industry, like having rough and one-sided sex. And Mcqueen made the movie out of guilt and its to cover his mistake for what he has done for Ryan. (which is disgusting btw) *this is my personal understanding, pls correct me if im wrong
