He never actually falls in love with him, but has no choice to oblige. Poor thing. Evil as this is, it’s just a setup for a smut-intense story, so I wouldn’t think much about it.
Dude do you know how novels in manga's work? Almost every scene is cutted off or it never happened, also how do YOU know he's straight?
