I agree. We could read the start of her being a coward, timid scaredy cat. But she is intelligent enough to know about the changes surrounding her and the cuase as herself, and her having to be perceptive, wise and quick-witted to know about the things happening around. Its a book after all. There is a long road ahead for her character development shining through her y'know
I'm not denying her strength at all and I get where she is coming from he was supposed to kill her and as such she is on high alert , even so she is still very biased against him in terms of the way he's been acting, yes she has every reason to be weary and every reason to be afraid but idk I expected her to look at his actions rather than his character description from the novel given that the novel already changed. Although this is my opnion ik that her actions are justified I just hope she stops this soon cause I believe when she gets more confident she'll be an amazing FL. Anyways character development ig

now i don’t appreciate you pick-mes in the comment hating on regina. it’s been established that while she is the loud and aggressive type of FL she is very perceptive and can adapt easily to her surroundings. she is constantly aware of any changes happening in the novel and tries to match them in order to survive. sometimes fighting head on is t always the answer and regina knows that, which is why she goes with what the duke says.
think about it. she was quick to come up with an alibi for him, knew how to avoid him for a long while, was able to notice the suspicious man following her and smell the oil on him, and even caught onto to the coachmans voice so that she could tell she’d get kidnapped. she isn’t strong but she is hyper aware and not a an airhead at all. she knows the story is changing.
anyways, if you don’t like her character you could always read another manhwa.
