i do agree it's too blunt but if he does continue it and part ways slowly it's only gonna hurt both of them more with mc already feeling bad that he is with #2 when the person he actually likes is #1 so he can never truly love #2 and the situation feels like a person that can't more on from their ex basically so rather then slowly parting ways it would be best if he just get it over with better then always feeling guilty about it yk

i love both cheongu but i think mc should be too blunt because #2 was really expecting too much with mc. he should have like sowly parted ways til #2 realized that they should break up because mc was too cold and like that. you lead him on first mc. you lead him on first.
